I've posted previously that i've been looking for a CBT clicker. Months ago I went to the Lynx website and signed up to receive a free complementary counter. You may have seen the ads. A man uses a counter to count the number of times he gets amourous glances on account of his particular lynx fragrence.

Well, my counter finally arrived. I didn't think they'd actually send it.

It's rather nice - very sturdy, and, it counts like a dream (if dreams count).

Next time I want to curb some negative thinking i'll be sure to use it. However, thanks to those commercials, people will probably get the wrong idea.
